Mr. Janssen has always believed in the value of a musical education, and prides himself in his unique approach to educating. His many years of teaching in the private and classroom settings have allowed him to develop strategies that will help produce a well rounded and high-achieving music student. He has proudly led many students to success; several of his students have advanced to the All-State and All-Eastern levels.

His curriculum includes emphasis on the core musical techniques but he also strives to build the student’s confidence and work ethic; these skills will naturally transfer to other aspects of the student’s life. His relaxed and encouraging demeanor allows students to thrive while they enjoy making music.
